June 1 -  Started late, signed up on the 2nd!
June 2 -  3 mile walk
June 3 -  Gold's Gym 30 minute stay ball routine
June 4 -  50 minute workout at gym- 30 min spin bike, 20 min weights
June 5 -  2 mile walk at a leisurely pace.
June 6 -  1.5 walk, 1 mile run
June 7 -  2.5 mile walk in the morning; 20 minute jog at night
June 8 -  3 mile walk- 60 minutes
June 9 -  3 mile walk- 60 minutes; Gold's Gym 30 minute stay ball routine
June 10- 2 mile walk; ran stadium stairs for 7 minutes
June 11- 3 mile jog; ran stadium stairs for 12 minutes; weights for 10 minutes
June 12- Evening leisurely walk with the family
June 13- Walked 6 miles
June 14- 30 min walk, one hour of yard work (hey that burns calories, right?)
June 15- Lindsay Brin Core Metabolic Jumpstart dvd; 2 mile walk
June 16- Lindsay Brin Shed 5 Fast dvd;
June 17- No structured workout: cleaned, gardened, and cut wood literally all. day. long.
June 18- 20 min dvd workout; 10 min calisthenics
June 19- Evening leisurely walk with the family
June 20- Walk at track; ran stadium stairs twice; Lindsay Brin's CFS and Post-Natal Boot Camp DVDs
June 21- Short walk at track; Lindsay Brin's CFS method dvd
June 22- No workout :(
June 23- 40 min walk; 50 min spin class
June 24- 45 min walk
June 25- Lindsay Brin Core Metabolic Jumpstart DVD; swimming
June 26- Leisurely walk with the family
